CPMR High-Level Event - Macro-regional & Sea Basin Strategies: The way forward

The event has a two-fold objective:

⇒ take stock of existing strategies and discuss ways to tackle the main challenges they are confronted with, such as identifying additional funding opportunities, reinforcing the political ownership, or delivering a better alignment with EU priorities, including the twin transition in a post pandemic scenario

⇒ focus on emerging strategies, by presenting the main progress in their shaping and assess specific challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. The aim is to show the added value for setting up these new strategies.
